Flashed 7b on 1st attempt! and then 2 more!!
took advantage of the fact that made 3 flashes on my first group of 10 attempts to move to the max-run-attempts section of my training before gettting tired.
with 5b I'm getting longer runs more often, but not braking my PR yet...

Made a flash on my 2nd attempt! :) and it was a "real" one, collecting the 7th on top with only one hand!
(wich is allmost the hardest part of 7 ball flashing, IMO)

First ever "real" flash... I have to admitt it... up to now every flash I made it was collecting the 7th ball between both hands... today for the first time ever I colected 3 on each hand and the 7th on top of the 3 in my right hand. so, cool! :)
also it's 13 days in a row with at least one flash :D

How could 7b be so frustrating? Started off with a flash on 1st attempt, so how on earth did i get so angry? 30 minutes gathering balls from all over the floor, just one goodish run of 9 catches... shit.. not the best days.

started pretty well.. but not getting a flash made me increasingly frustrated. it wasn't my plan to use all my energy on this, but well.. at least I didn't brake the streak of 1-flash-a-day now argentina's match it's close to start..

Been reading Peter Bone's article "32 tips on flashing high numbers of balls" that was posted on the forum, gave me the idea to train 7b flashes in small groups of attempts with little rests in between, so today I started making 10 attemtps, taking a breather, 10 more, and so on. Feels good, like not so tiring. And it's working...
I made 2 flashes in the first 3 rounds of 10 :)
5 rounds, total of 2 flashes. took me like half an hour, but felt right, gonna keep on doin it like that.
Maybe do the same with the runs beyond the flash?
yeah... but maybe 50 flashes it's too much, got to the runs too tired, and couldn't get good runs.

(I know it's still in the low numbersto be talking about "braking a PR", but every step up counts, every step up has a value, and a price)

then going for max runs of 5 and 6 catches. an 11. stopped trying for max, went back to flash. made a 2nd.
