9b flashing - ~70 min. ___ Two times 8 gathers. Three almosts (8 g) with one an impact on an already caught ball then dropping, one rolled off the arm, one went through the gap that my arms not fully closed to the chest left.

( lacked about two or three hours of sleep, so I mostly did easy going, and just wanted to stand a long session ahead. )
3 heavy balls, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~7 min.
9b flashing - ~90 min. ___ Around twenty times 7 gathers (shouldn't count these in long stints). Four(!) times 8 g. Again, alas, hardly any rethrows that I went for a while, I think one once, and once two or three (but in hopeless pattern). One or two launches felt just like it were 7b only, and all of a piece ( while usually the first throw plus it's weakhand ´´afterthrow´´ get special attention to get them accurate, and, I guess, a minuscule slight delay aswell ). Gettin' there - it's waitin' for me to just do it.

9b flashing - ~35 min. ___ Started off with three times in a row 7 gathers on the first three attempts. Later, took a while, got another at least seven more and my daily 8 g and an as "almost" as can (8 g) with a contact into a roller into a kick-save fail. Also, important for getting any rethrows at all, 10 and 11 throws once each.
7b casc - ~55 min. ___ A handful of runs between 40 and 50 throws. ___ [ daily7b II: 49 , daily7b III: 49 (overlap) ]

[ #posture #SoL ] - if there's something like a static ground-posture, a default posture, then for rev it's with forearms out, pointing outward, elbows in ( not really a ``revelation´´, trivial even, but I now like know where my arms belong whenever in doubt for a millisec, kind'a matches that reflex of darting late catches to the outside for rethrowing, too ), .. //15'//, 130, 129, 122, 131, 208, 147, 160? + 197 [°] ( last run, #PR, tensed, saved like two collisions or so amidst, slaving to the pattern, yet rolling well in shape mostly ) throws' runs longer than 120 throws. ___ [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 357 ] ( or - not all sure - 437 ?? unlikely )

[°] - I restarted counting sets of eight throws, after twenty or thirty sets and got to another 24 sets plus three more pairs thrown; usually I do that (restart counting from naught) after twenty sets, which is what I'm gonna log, 357 throws, as 352 catches, ( 44 sets of 8 t + 6 t minus earliest last drop assumed on fifth last throw ); but I never got that far before and was a bit puzzled about where I was with counting, so I can't exclude that I restarted counting twice, once after twenty sets of eight throws, then once again after reaching new PR at thirty sets of eight (would then be 437 throws), but I don't think so, I think, I went on counting "11" after thirty sets. However, this will be hard to confirm, and my actual goal rather is to always get over 200 throws within like an hour or only half [ #whatIwant ]. - btw, was about time for something moving here.

7b casc - ~50 min. ___ 39, 39 cl, 49 cl, 45 cl, 40, 51, 39, 42 throws longest runs. ___ [ daily7b II: 51 , daily7b III: 51 (overlap) ] ___ Tried a °975° a few times, but the 5-s fell too late and the 9-s too soon. ___ #health \form - had a few weakness attacks (kind 'a threatening to faint) with breathing feeling airless, surely an acidose \under-acidose problem. I then never know whether to breathe fresh air in deep or else to breathe with the shirt over my nose to get more of the previously outbreathed CO² back into the lungs - I think, the latter is right. I could well imagine, that panting \hyperventilating in the beat of the throws might play it's part in all this.
