Laurieston Hall, Castle Douglas, SW Scotland

Come on holiday and play with fire torches and glow-in-the dark juggling
props! Participate in, or watch, a large-scale fire show with fire sculptures. Take part in a cabaret, see the Cosmos Black Light Show, dance to a live Ceilidh band, relax in the sauna, walk in the woods and contribute to a party atmosphere.

Enjoy learning skills such as ball, club and ring juggling, club swinging, pole spinning, poi, human pyramids, diabolo, stage craft, building routines and much more. Anna is a qualified yoga teacher and will also help you to stretch and relax.

Expert tuition is offered and the flexible schedule also allows participants to contribute their own workshop expertise. In previous years this has included clowning, massage, chi kung, story telling, drumming, singing, DJ mixing, and fire walking.

This event attracts a wide range of participants from varied backgrounds. Some people come to relax and watch the show, others to improve their performing and technical expertise.

This is the 12th year at Laurieston. To keep costs low, there's a rota including helping to cook, wood trip and wash up.

WARNING: This week could be the most fun you have all year!
