The Swiss Movement Jam is a public multisport jam in a large triple gym in Bern Neufeld - ZSSW.
We start at 9:00 but at 10:00 o'clock we will have a large warmup!
Come and join us for a full day of movement! Besides the large jam, there will be a couple of workshops too.
To cover the cost of the gym for the day we will have a donations box. We suggest CHF 5-10.

We will have short and long Slacklines/Rodeolines, Longes for Acro, Aerial Silks and lots of mats!
Come to play! There will be AcroYoga, Partneracrobatics, Juggling, FlowArts, Cyrwheel and much more!
We will collect all the workshops onsite in the morning on a whiteboard. Teaching at this event is not compensated, the event is open to all levels and free of charge for everyone. This event is primary a jam, so we don't want too many workshops happening. Workshop duration will be 1h.
We will have a large potluck for lunch at 12-14 o'clock, everybody can bring something and we share it together.
Bring your own plate and spoon and cutlery to serve the food you bring.

The location ZSSW Bern Neufeld is only a few bus stops from the train station and can easily be reached by public transport. There are blue zone parking and a parking house (Neufeld P+R) nearby.
