i want to do a juggling triathlon....swimming with balls (what distance?) unycicling (what distance and with or without juggling- any alternative) and running with clubs...either 10km or half marathon. anyone any ideas? i also need a large wheel uni¡¡ open to ofers.
on your back, cascade as in over your head, you have to kick hard with legs and is very tiring...i suppose that the more i practise the easier ir´ll be.
There was a guy in America who did this last year and got a fair bit of publicity

I have a vague memory of Steve Rawlings doing some kind of juggling while swimming bit for "You Bet" back in the 80s/90s - but I can't for the life of me think what he was juggling or how.
He was swimming whilst balancing a long pole on his chin. I'm not quite sure whether he had to poke something with the pole or just swim with it. This is 15 years ago or more.

Ahh! That was it. I seem to remember the pole had a candle on the end and he had to pop balloons I think

me neither, even though I can largely "sing along" with his act line by line he never fails to make me grin
I do that too! I can pretty much hit his punchlines with the same timing now. & they still make me laugh when *I* say them!
i´ve seen the guy in america ,that answered my query of how to do the swimming bit
..but, he juggled two balls in one hand while cycling and then ran juggling balls. my aim is to unicycle and then run with clubs.
