មហោស្រពអន្តរជាតិទីនេះ ទីនោះ គឺជាមហោស្រពសៀកអន្តរជាតិដែលនាំយកសិល្បៈករ សិល្បៈការិនីជាច្រើននៅជុំវិញពិភពលោកមកដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ ចំនេះដឹង ចូលរួមជាមួយគ្នានៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា ហើយអ្វីដែលសំខាន់បំផុតនោះគឺនាំឲ្យមានការបំផុសគំនិតដល់យុវជន ជំរុញឲ្យមានការចូលរួមពីសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន លើកកម្ពស់សិល្បៈក្នុងសង្គមកម្ពុជា នាំមកនូវការរួបរួម និងការយល់ដឹងពីតម្លៃរួមរបស់គ្នា។ សមាគមហ្វារពន្លឺសិល្បៈ និងទីក្រុងបាត់ដំបងគឺជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះនៃកម្មវិធីមហោស្រពអន្តរជាតិទីនេះ ទីនោះ ដែលនឹងនាំយកមកនូវការសម្តែងជាច្រើនថ្ងៃជាប់ៗគ្នា និងភាពសប្បាយរីករាយគ្រប់រសជាតិ

ENGLISH:
Tini Tinou is an international circus festival that brings artists from around the world to perform in Cambodia at its venues and in the streets. Conceived by the French Institute of Cambodia in 2003 and spearheaded by Phare since 2016, this will be the 11th edition of the festival, full of magic, acrobatics, street art, workshops, trampoline and juggling.
The festival will run over 6 days, starting with an evening puppet and circus parade through the historic town of Battambang on the 29th of May. From 30th May to 3rd June, every evening from 5pm to 8pm the campus of Phare Ponleu Selpak will come alive with art activities, free shows, food and drink stalls, live music and a feature circus show from visiting international and Cambodian artists.
