Not Quite Pittsburgh Juggling Festival IV will be Friday and Saturday, Nov. 4 and 5, at the former Mt. Gallitzin Academy on the campus of the Sisters of St. Joseph, 1016 State St., Baden, Pa.

The Leave It to Beaver Valley Jugglers and the Quaker Valley Middle School
Juggling Club are sponsoring this event.

Jugglers from several states will attend, and the event is open to anyone who juggles or wants to learn how to juggle. Last year, about 150 jugglers attended, with many more people in the show's audience.

General juggling activities will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. Nov. 4 and
from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 5 in the facility's gym. The festival
juggling show -- which will delight people of all ages -- will take place
at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5 in the facility's auditorium.

Admission to the general juggling activities in the gym is free, but
donations will be accepted to help cover festival costs. The evening show
costs $5 per person.

Mark Hayward is emceeing the show, which will feature members of the Leave It to Beaver Valley Jugglers, the Case Juggling Club from Case Western University, Mika, David Cain and John Park.

Nov. 4 will feature lots of time for open juggling, a workshop and light-up juggling. Activities on Nov. 5
include open juggling, juggling lessons for beginners, juggling games, a used prop sale, workshops, a raffle and the show.

Vendors, including YoYoSam, Golden Jester, a business that sells hoops and
the Quaker Valley Middle School Juggling Club Store, will be on hand to sell juggling equipment and other juggling-related items.

On Sunday, Nov. 6, festival attendees are invited to enjoy juggling videos on a large-screen TV and snacks from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Heritage Hall in the Villa St. Joseph on the same campus. The room has a limited amount of juggling space with a ceiling height just high enough for a seven-ball pattern or five clubs.

Unicycles and stilts are welcome in the gym but not at the video party.
