Must also credit Gary for braiding the ropes and Lynne for seamstress work. Also Mike is one of the countries top cabinet makers and loves being called a carpenter as much as I would like being called a kitchen porter so thanks for that unintended insult Void you made my day.
Mike provided most of the wood which included teak from a 1920's schooner which he has been fitting out.
Thanks also to Farmer Paul who has allowed me to keep the trebuchet on his land so we can use it for more games next year.I fancy trebuchet bowls myself but all suggestions welcome.If I can get it on the roofrack I'll bring it along to "Camp Dave" in september.
Plans are allready underway for next years mark 5 trebuchet which will be bigger and more powerful and may be capable of fulfilling my promise of throwing a basketball out of the 10 acre field(or at least hitting Ewan's tent).

Sorry if Mike perceives that as an insult. But I don't think you can call a trebuchet a cabinet. :-P
